Position Knowledge

Strong understanding of perioperative nursing care Knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and patient safety Ability to manage patient monitoring during surgery and post-operative care Knowledge of infection control practices, hospital safety protocols, and emergency procedures Proficiency in using medical equipment and operating theatre technology

Professional Knowledge

Extensive knowledge of patient care within a surgical setting Expertise in surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and managing complications Understanding of regulatory standards and clinical governance in perioperative nursing Ability to perform risk assessments and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process Committed to best practices in infection control and maintaining patient confidentiality
