Job Description
We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for full-time, permanent positions. The successful candidates will work closely with nursing staff to provide high-quality care in a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring the well-being of residents
Position Knowledge
Understanding of elderly care and patient support. Awareness of health and safety regulations in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of proper hygiene, infection control, and personal care assistance.
Professional Knowledge
Ability to assist residents with daily activities, including mobility, nutrition, and personal hygiene. Understanding of care plans and the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and comfort. Capability to work as part of a team and follow nursing staff instructions.
