Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality care in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
Position Knowledge
Strong clinical skills, ability to assess and implement patient care plans, medication management, and excellent communication skills.
Professional Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with electronic health records is an advantage.
